"High Turnover Due to Management's Exceptional Attitude - I had a lot of respect for the management of this company in the beginning. But after a few days here, I realized that the upper management's attitude towards getting things done was terrible. They expected everything done "yesterday" and never had the patience to guide stressed and exhausted employees. It was a one-way relationship. So, people obviously quit."

"My staff. The people I worked with are hard working individuals that put forth a great effort everyday. The work so hard to please our customers. It is great see them in action everyday. The way I was able to mold several people from team members to managers."
