I have worked for Centene Corporation since 2009 and primarily in Provider Relations. In 2013 I was given a 'regional' opportunity where I would manage provider offices in NH and Massachusetts. With a new start up MCO in NH, at times it is very difficult to get various answers for new policies.
There are a number of ways to achieve the same goal. Of course continue to follow the law and ethical guidelines as you always have and you'll be just fine. Not that I'd be concerned about the contrary happening, though.
The management team should come to some basic realization that good staff are hard to find so they must be treated with some minimal respect for their family life.
