That meant that the drivers were basically allowed to be as belligerent, rude and racially insensitive as possible with no repercussions taken on their actions. This was a very negative environment that was only helped by the group of fellow dispatcher driver managers on my shift which kept a positive atmosphere."

"The toughest part about the job is the fact that we are in contact with sick people seeing how we secure the hospital. Nothing much to complain about. I enjoy interacting with different people."

"I liked the bonuses. When I drove as a team, we worked extremely hard, and was rewarded withe either the money or vacation."

"Celadon is a good company to work for. They have numerous routes to choose from. Most dispatchers will go out of their way to get you miles or get you home. If you like teaming, Celadon has that option also."
