What do you like about working at Catholic Hospice?
I valued the Mission of the organization and was proud to assist those staff who provided the direct care to patients during such a difficult time in life.
What don't you like about working at Catholic Hospice?
I felt there was some preferential treatment of "favorite" employees that caused resentment among staff.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Improve communication with the general staff to decrease insecurity and increase awareness of changes and/or new programs being considered or instituted.

Catholic Hospice provides a wonderful service to those patients and their families who are facing end-of-life issues.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Present a big smile and positive attitude--as anyone should while interviewing with any company.

COMMUNICATE with the general employee population--everything shouldn't be such a secret. It creates stress, insecurity, and mistrust amongst everyone.
