"I have only been here 6 months and it's during a pandemic, so it's probably an unfair time to review any company. I do feel they've done the best they can navigating the situation, but wish they would error more on the side of caution. They're starting to now with this second run of closures. That's all I have to say about that right now."

Carrington is also making strides to show better employee appreciation. While its nice to see the company making an effort, sadly the methodology used to accomplish this goal falls short. The overall atmosphere feels as though most employees are there as a means of income and are simply looking for the day to end."
