What do you like about working at Cabela's?
The outdoors events that we participated in and the dress code was nice too. The stuff animals were cool.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Dont work your employees to the bone with out paying them what they are worth.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
They them the whole truth in regards to what is expected of them and the hours they expect you to work on every given week on and off peak.
