"I do not hate anything about being C# Software Developer. I am programmer at heart and I loved the task of figuring things out, as well as problem solving aspect of it."
"It's mostly love here. I find any programming challenge fascinating, really, but what I like about C# is how it's organised and I like its syntax as well, so it's not so much of a culture-shock as you go from C# to Java to PHP to Perl. The only criticism I have is that I wish Resharper was built into it by default, but that's probably more of a Visual Studio critique, actually."

"I work from home and it is a tight-knit small group."

"I do not have any tips for others interviewing. The products are great. I am hoping for the best but preparing for the worst if further cuts happen."

"We need more developers but need more sales first. This puts alot of stress on the team."

"I do not have any tips for management. They have always listened to the dev team since I have been there."

"Free research and development environment. Enough funding and equipments to conduct work."

"Nothing particularly. Get more experience. Show you have the potential to finish what is required to do."

"People tend to be overwhelmed by different projects and difficult to focus on one."

"Hire more people to work on multiple projects. Nothing else."
