"Some inexperience with younger managers, their incompetence is to your benefit on the way in. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING so they won't backpedal later. Or just skip this Beltway Bandit."
What don't you like about working at BRTRC?
"Below average salary, tightwad profile. Poor communication among managers and employees. Horrendously uncomfortable office layout with workers looking over each others shoulders and no privacy. Politics and backbiting, who knows who, matters. Certain amount of dishonesty or withholding of information from employees. Managers changing stories after agreeing to deals. Horrible neighborhood with atrocious commutes from all quadrants."
