What don't you like about working at BMO Harris Bank?
I did not like the weak middle and senior management. They failed to see some very evident weaknesses in the implementation of their corporate vision and goals.

Never forget to step back from job and make an objective analysis of your industry, company and personal performance.

Remember that if you do not have clear leadership from management, an employee is handicapped from the very first day.
