The culture in the United States has become very paranoid, thinking jobs will be eliminated because of the involvement of Canadians."

"I've worked for the company of 19 years. Harris was a solid company to work for. Through the years management changed, making it from a interactive "fun" culture to a very strict culture. The Canadians decided to have more influence over US positions and this has caused some concerns about job security and stability. They fail to realize that the US is not a Canada, things are done differently here. They should keep US management and only manager from afar as consultants not as direct decision makers."

"Bad pay with latest comp plan. They only pay the top performers anything good. You must close a million a month to even make 50k. Turn times are SLOW, processing and closing are a crap shoot. Leads from branch are not good since the branch bankers are pushed for referrals and so they send you anything and everything even when they know it's not a good lead. They treat you like gold the first couple months... then you are just a number."

"The climate, by that I mean the temperature is either always too cold in there or too hot."

"New furnace and air conditioning unit, its pretty old and out dated."

"Honestly, a lot. I had a serious harassment issue with my manager, and the HR for this company did nothing to respond to my issue."

"I suggest they do not harass their employee with inappropriate threats on firing them."
