What do you like about working at Blue Coat Systems?
I made some great relationships while working at Blue coat. There were many talented individuals that contributed to Blue coats success.
What don't you like about working at Blue Coat Systems?
Put ridiculous expectations on there sales people that had little to do with generating revenue for the company. For example, be in your seat at a specific time. Be in the office five days a week, and if you were out of the office you had to make constant contact with your manager.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Suggestions: 1.Look at the cost of hiring, training people, and having them leave within a year. 2.Identify the key reasons for such high amounts of sick days, and turnover among sales people.
