Christian Taylor, 22, has already wowed the world with his insane ability to trail blaze across the field. Track and Field News predicts Christian Taylor will win the gold in triple jump—and so far, he is on the right track!

This morning in London, Taylor came out on top in the triple jump qualifying round with a leap of 56 feet, 5 ½ inches—leaving everyone else in the dust!

We have no doubt that Taylor’s dedication, skill and hard work will land him on that gold medal podium.

How did he find Career Bliss?

His innate passion for leaping and flying has been with him since he was a kid. He “loved the feeling of flight,” and leaping off “couches, off stairs,” He told ESPN. “I learned that gravity is not your friend,” Taylor added.

Over the last four years, he says his strong, supportive teammates have greatly impacted his success.

“They pushed me to better myself each day in practice and, at the meets, they all came together to help me jump farther or cheer on the relay to run faster,” he said in an interview with Factory Agency.
