"Owners of this for-profit school - not the academic administrators - make all decisions. Focus is on making money for the company, not student success. False representations are made to students, and professors are disrespected. This is not an academic environment."

"I worked at Berkeley College for over 5 years. I find that the company fails to retain talent due to its lack of dedicating time to develop a success plan for associates. Advancement is based on performance; however, there is no CLEAR outline as to what EXACTLY needs to be accomplished to move on to the next level. There are many managers in place, but very few leaders. The chain of command has so many levels; messages are lost or watered down by the time they reach the decision makers."

"Not a happy place. Big brother is constantly dropping the ax. Everyone walks around on eggshells because they are in fear of losing their jobs. The college expanded too quickly, and now that the economy has caught up with it, they are dropping good employees without care."
