"Be as middle of the road as possible. Don't make waves, you will not revolutionize the way things are done. This is a place where a search committee is assembled to hire a secretary."
What don't you like about working at Bergen Community College?
"I'm under utilized, I mostly sit in a quiet room and watch students take tests. A few times a day my boss freaks out over non-issues and makes everyone stressed out. We function best when she stays in her office or is at lunch."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire back the IT department, sit in on different departments to see how they operate, streamline the website and make registration easier to understand for students, many of whom don't speak English as a first language."
