4.6 I moved to Bayview Loan Servicing because BLS makes a very positive difference in the life of our customers. I am very proud of the work that we do to help our customers avoid foreclosure. BLS has attracted some phenomenal talent over the past two years and it feels great to be surrounded by top performers who are also very ethical and customer-focused. The benefits are also amazing: 401K match, 3 weeks vacation for new hires, 100% of your insurance is covered, and free covered parking in Coral Gables.

3.7 Bayview Loan Servicing has provided me with many opportunities to expand my IT Knowledge. The flexibility given to me in my role allows me to be a self starter and make my own decisions. It also allows me the range many jobs don't in the sense that I am not micro managed which gives me freedom to engage with my users on a more friendly and non intimidating way. Bayview is a great company to work for, and I recommend it to anyone wanting to make a mark in their career.

3.7 Bayview was a good company as far as compensation for work but training as well as communication among other departments were sorely lacking, coaching was few and far in between and not accurate to help accommodate employees to reach full career potential.
