"I have worked for this company for over a year and some change. There are some things I approve of, but there are other things that I believe cause more stress than necessary."

What do you like about working at Bank of America?

"I love the customers and being able to take time when possible to review important information and see if my co-workers missed anything that could be found during an audit. Also it is really nice when you help someone and they thank you for what you did and you can tell that they mean every word of it."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If you want to learn about banking and have lots of sales goals to meet then apply. If that doesn't sound like it's your cup of tea then you could get a job at a grocery store which would be a lot less stressful and you would bring home about the same size pay check."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"I hear stories about other banking centers and how smoothly they operate, this cannot be said for some. I often feel like I'm working at a circus and due to recent changes in the structure of the company I don't see it getting any better."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get your act together. I know that you are always busy on your BlackBerrys and answer countless emails daily but I think that you need to look into these dysfunctional centers a little more. At the rate that people leave and go to other companies it says a lot about the branch management. It's starting to be a trend that needs to be looked into and things need to be fixed."

What do you like about working at Bank of America?

"To be honest probably the people I worked with. Nothing else."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would say be prepared for a mass interview and wear nice clothes. Also you should practice answering questions on the spot. So practice that."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"They are in no way loyal to their employees and pay less than other banks. Also they treat their customers pretty bad as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well the managers at the branch were very nice. But corporate could have been a little nicer to their employees."

"It's a company with many opportunities to grow. Furthermore, it is also a company that rewards employees based on their performance, too."

"This is a company that looks for employees that wish to grow with the company."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"The company expands too fast. Sometimes the training taught by the company is almost immediately revoked within a short period of time after expanding."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management is decent. However, banking centers switch managers so often that the management seems inconsistent at times."

"My tips would be to do the best they can and know that they are working with a great company."

"There wasn't one thing I disliked about the company. I will take my experience with me from now on."

"My suggestions for management would be to keep up the good work in helping their associates grow."

"I loved working with my coworkers and the great teamwork that led to a really effective workday. Everyone knew what they had to do at the end of the day, and we covered each other so that everything is done right. It was the best teamwork I've had."

"Be open and positive, willing to train and work well with coworkers and have great communication skills and customer services."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"I didn't like that for awhile we didn't have a strong leadership team because managers were moving in and out in a short time so as an associate, I didn't get a lot of feedback for my work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The only suggestion I have may be that the manager be more involved in coaching associates and give feedback on their performance."

"The staff is great, but it is generally impossible to move up."

"I truly like my fellow employees and the vast majority of the customers."

"I do not like the lack of ability to rise through the company internally."

"I would like management to look internally for qualified candidates for promotion."
