"I appreciated the opportunites for education and growth I received while at Axiom. I worked hard and always went above and beyond and was most often rewarded for such dedication and loyalty to the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unfortunately I would not recommend that others interview with this company, trust has been lost, I wouldn't put another person in such a position."

What don't you like about working at Axiom xCell?

"In the last year while at Axiom, Axiom struggled financially and failed to put their employees first. Trust was lost with pay periods missed, paychecks provided although the company had insufficient funds, and travel expenses not reimbursed for company travel/work related expenses that were invoiced/paid by clients. I spent 6.5yrs working hard and always giving 150%, it is disappointing to see this happen."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I think a company needs to think about their employees, and at at the end of the day they need to be able to say they did everything they could to ensure those employees were taken care of."
