What do you like about working at AXA Equitable?
Working with the 2500 AXA agents I supported and my co-workers. We made a great team.
What don't you like about working at AXA Equitable?
In 2003 we acquired a new CEO who was not committed to financial planning. Our organization was down sized from 120 people in 2003 to 11 in 2008.
What suggestions do you have for management?
AXA's own research shows that using a financial plan will result in the sale of 4.75 times more products versus transactional selling. Management should pay attention to their research.
