What do you like about working at Aventai?

Great people in the company; some of the best products and engineering talent around

What don't you like about working at Aventai?

Pressure to make 50+ calls per day, leaving profit generating partners shot. Focus was on meeting call quotas rather than business development

What suggestions do you have for management?

Measure on profitability, partner growth and statisfaction, rather than outbound cold calling time

Great company to work for, but a lot of staff turnover
