"Is everything to strong a word? I would say the utter disregard by management to feedback. Managements refusal to say no to a customer. Management's complete lack of understanding for the products we support or how our support work is done. No career ladder. No training. No interest in building up the employee."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Retire."

"Working outside, the friendships that I made and the pay were all great."

"You can raise a family if you get hired on as an employee, but if you're a contractor, you're low on the totem pole regardless of how much you excel / how hard you try."

"The ancient, non-forward-thinking business practices."

"Learn new technologies and advance forward-thinking individuals."
