What do you like about working at Ashford University?
I love the fact that you can help someone else achieve their goals by enrolling them into school and help them throughout that process.
What don't you like about working at Ashford University?
There really isn't anything I dont like about working for Ashford University. I have a had a great learning experience there and they are helping me by paying for my tuition to complete my masters degree program.
What suggestions do you have for management?
I feel that even as far up as their upper management that they do an outstnading job and treat thier employees very fairly and do everything they can possibly do to help an employee be successfull.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

What do you like about working at Ashford University?
I left working there in early 2008, and have regretted leaving ever since, Now they say i'm not rehire able. I even go to their school online. Guess i have to be a brain surgeon to get back in.
What don't you like about working at Ashford University?
Micromanagement
What suggestions do you have for management?
Hire back good quality people, that brought in applications, and just wants a 2nd chance. I had to leave due to family drama, but now im ready!

What do you like about working at Ashford University?
The mandatory lunch break everyone had to take at the same time.
What don't you like about working at Ashford University?
Job seemed more like telemarketing that advising
What suggestions do you have for management?
Know how difficult it is for new incoming employees to deal with old calling list that have been around the company many times.

Be aware of the hidden messages in the job description
