"You have to be strong in quality, process and people. Management and the hourly employees gets along quite well."

"I was contracted to them-Then I just had to work 100% everyday."

"None. Karen Bedford was the Quality manager and Mr Hanson and Dave Padgett were my supervisor and manager. They do not micro manage you and I liked working for them."

"No opportunity for advancement, good ol' boy mentality with upper management. I have seen numerous examples of unskilled individuals being promoted over more qualified associates."

"Remove those how can not manage and have no qualifications"

"The people were great to work with. The work itself was diverse and interesting so I was never bored."

"Just to be aware of the state of the automotive industry as a whole and it's unstableness in today's economy."

"I didn't like that it was a tier one automotive supplier given the state of the economy."

"To be more forthright with the employees and communicate to them in a timely manner before rumors had a chance to get circulated."
