"Working in corporate-level engineering at Meritor for several years. Lots of good people. Mostly I work on-site at the plants some have a better feel than others. Projects are interesting. The biggest complaint would be the lack of investment in new equipment. Working on second-hand equipment can be demoralizing."

"The company is very demanding. Stand up for yourself. You will have to figure out how to get things done. Very little comunications between management."
