"I am a contract employee so we do not have benefits. There isn't a lot of support when it comes to employee issues or concerns."

"To be more involved with the staff. Even though we are managed remotely, we would like to be more than just a paycheck."

"There isn't anything that I don't like about the company. Deployments were difficult for the family to cope with."

"How they treat disabled Vets. Pushed out for seaking help due to PTSD."

"Do not push the disabled out. Help the Soldier get the treatment they need."

"Great working enviornment. Strong team with great work ethic, flexible schedule, and ability to produce products for various customers that make a difference in protecting US forces and interests."

"Being on a year to year contract makes life a little less predictable than how I would like it. Going up to the last minute before knowledge of renewal comes is not a situation that I like to put myself in."

"Working as management in my current capacity, I work hard to listen to the concerns of my fellow Soldiers. I appreciate the ability to be able to recognize what are making employees happy and content or stressed and less than satisfied."

"The atmosphere is too political and cut-throat. I don't fit in with the way of thinking."

"Do your time and see if its for you, then make a decision. Great job at first but not something you necessarily want to do for life."

"I do like the amount of control that my boss right now gives me but overall the Army does not give you any."

"Not sure what I would do differently but I just can't stand the huge anonymity that the organization brings with it."
