"Better organization of how operations are to be run. More communication between departments when it comes to new protocol."

"It was a very hands on position that allowed me to deal with problems the way I thought they wold best be handled. It also gave me the opportunity to expand my customer service abilities."

"Be ready for long, hard hours but a great customer base to work with. And buy some comfy shoes!"

"The hours were incredibly long for a retail store. Plus, the management was new, nor was she really on top of things."
