Arcade is a fine place to work, they're like all employers just do your job to the best you can do and you will have no proplems.

Support company policy and plant rules and go by UNION CONTRACT

Company has problems following union contract. Thats the only problem that I have ever seen with this employer, thats why I say do your job and you will have no problems...
