I like that I can be creative and make suggestions on how to make my job better

where do i begin...the raises are horrible. if you want to make money to live of off..do not work here. the management is just concerned about the numbers and the stupid paper work. that is all just busy work that is a waste of time. also i think the managers are sexist against women..i know for a fact women make less then men doing the same job. this company is horrible..if you know whats good for you dont work here.

get new ones...do not micro manage that is the worst thing you can do. it is so frustrating to hear one thing..from one manager and one thing from another. your left to think..what the hell do i do.

this company over all sucks the life out of you.

do not interview...its a waist of time. you will not get anywhere. i got a 18cent raise last year..when i took on way more job duties. horrbile

the experiece that i recieved while working at differant 3 locations from chicago to gurnee

nothing , i loved working for them they allowed me to grow as achef and i meet great people.

nothing they pretty much left me alone while i worked and i created great menus and great food for the staff or the kids.

It was a great company to work for , gave me a great experience background in the buisness dining area

yes, I would say that Aramark would be a great compant to work for and grow with.
