"The tip that I would say is to just be honest with yourself and the company, if there is something you can't do or something that your better at then let them know upfront."

What don't you like about working at Amway?

"I am not sure how well this company is in terms of hiring out of state, and sending over client overload work to other designers."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest for the management not to just throw my application out, but to actually give it a look because I know that I have some value I can offer to the company."
