"work can be monotonous, I don't like supervising volunteers because they aren't bound to the company and are therefore tenuous, I am looking at a computer for 95% of my time there"

"There wasn't that much support where I worked, and I often felt like I was alone in all of my decision making, despite having so many people to answer to if something went wrong."

"They should expand their support network and have everyone working at a few schools instead of so spread out and alianated."

"This non-profit is run very efficiently. It will be, very shortly, consolidated into one location (there are 4 locations). Once consolidated, there may be a need to reorganize how things are run. Until that time, I have no suggestions."

"AmeriCorps takes a true commitment to serving ones community and the people in it. It is not for those who are merely looking for a paycheck or to get money for college. If you are not truly committed to service and creating a better community, this is not the place for you."

"I wish there was no limit on the enrollment period. It is currently limited to a two year commitment."
