"What was not so good about working at ARC there were too many cliques and the employees worked in silos."

"I would allow all employees to take training classes to elevate themselves and in turn the company would benefit."

"Make sure that you have a good support system if you have children or any health problems, this job is physically demanding and you work very long hours sometimes 15-16 hour days with few hours of turnaround."

"They don't seem to care that you have a life outside of that job, the manager actually told people if they didn't like it to go find work elsewhere, sometimes I think they simply fill a position with a body."

"Listen to your employees, they are the ones that go out there regardless of the weather and or hours and they are the front line of blood collections."
