1I beg anyone who sees this review to avoid this company at all costs, no matter how good their pitch to join them sounds!! I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I went through with this company. All I got from them was lies and was just stabbed in the back. Was promised yearly earnings of $50K to $60k or even more, which with their commission structure in entirely cold call sales would be near impossible to achieve. Was told I would be given the tools and training to succeed and all I got was a day of online lectures that didn't really teach anything that was useful for me in the field and a half day out in the field with my manager. After that I was sent out with a beat up iPad and a couple of binders of training material to try to flounder my way through, I had made a few sales out on my own but wasn't getting the results I wanted to achieve and I was always begging for more field training and guidance and I was never given any. Despite my best efforts of making all my 30 sales calls per day and giving the pitches the best I could following their sales plans and methods to a T, I recieved a text out of the blue from my manager about a half hour into my sales day saying they were in town and wanted to meet in the usual spot, I was thinking at that point "Great! A little short notice because I have a sales appointment scheduled I have to get to right away, but I'm finally going to get the near full day of sales training I've been wanting for so long!" but I met him there and he said he didn't want to move forward with me due to a couple day rough patch of not having any sales, despite the fact I had 2 or more appointments that day that would have likely turned into big sales scheduled for that day, and after asking him to give me more training and a proper chance of success he told me he already made up his mind and wanted me to part ways with the company. PLEASE I BEG YOU for your own good if you are reading this dont make the same mistake I did by
5I have had such a positive experience since starting with this company in April 2022. The training and support we get in the sales field are really impressive. In my first month, I had a trainer ride with me 4 different times, about once per week. Training starts with a day of online virtual training and then you are with an experienced sales trainer for your first day in the field. It really helped to watch the trainer a few times before trying it on my own. The script they make us memorize was super helpful too! I was glad to have those words already in my brain to help me answer customer questions that I probably would not have known the answers to without the script.
I've done a lot of sales and have to say the customer response to Google Street View is very positive. People in my town were excited about the idea of getting their photos updated on Google and Google Maps and that we could attach them to their official business listings. The hardest part was actually getting to a decision-maker, but once you have them in front of you, it becomes an easy decision for them.
After hitting the first goal of selling 8 GSV (which was not very hard) I got trained on OPTIMA which opens a whole new door to sales opportunities, and commissions! In my first month, I made $1345 in bonuses and another $1465 in commissions! You definitely have to make the calls and work full days, but the opportunity is there if you follow the system they lay out for you.

2.7When I started I had a low base and then made a commission on top of that - there was no threshold, I was paid on everything I sold. Within a couple months that changed and I then had to meet a pretty high threshold before I would be eligible for commission. But - once again the compensation plan changed (all of this in 4 months) so that we would only be paid once per month - and it would be half way through the following month! Our earnings were dinged for cell phone charges even though we were required to listen to up to 15 minutes worth of cheerleading from the executives every morning, and if we did not collect a high percent of the payment from the business who bought an advertisement up front, our salary was further decreased. You can't expect sales people to pay to put gas in their cars daily to be able to cover a large territory and make all these calls when you do not have frequent pay checks.
