"Be more supportive of the specialist. Work with them from time to time."

"if you are a contractor make sure you understand whether there will be off-hours support and if you will be paid for it. I was not told my manager didn't want to pay overtime and kept contractors who would work overtime who would not mind not getting paid for it."

"My direct management in ARS IT was horrible. They lied to me and fired me."

"I would put a better focus on the employees and the customers."

"Too corporate of a structure; CEO imposed very strict policies; dress code and then some."
