What don't you like about working at ALLDATA?
Telemarketing, the ongoing pressure of being written up if you miss quota, constant threat of termination. Poor training program. Local management is a revolving door. Having to purchase and give away refurbished computers to complete a sale (against company policy but practiced openly with management knowledge) You are selling a product in direct competition with a contracted distributor who offers the same exact product at a lower price point.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Know going in that this is more of a telemarketing position than a sales position. If you are interviewing for a territory that is relatively "young" you can be successfull. This is much harder in a "mature" market
