What do you like about working at AKQA?
The people working there are intelligent and have great ideas.
What don't you like about working at AKQA?
Leadership methods are outdated. The organization doesn't invest in their employees through training and other programs.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Provide training for your leadership. Don't throw them into management positions without this. Invest in your employees and create loyalty. The churn & burn method currently utilized is not sustainable.

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Plan on this being a puddle to jump over in your career path. You will learn a lot, but you will also get burned out by long hours, low pay, and low morale.
