"Executive senior management appears to have blurred business vision and/or priorities."

"Senior (mid-tier) management needs more decision power, and/or take more risks. Executive management needs to improve communication to senior management."

"I don't like to work less than 40 hours a week (never had it)"

"Create a good team building atmosphere and some new projects"

"I enjoyed working in an environment where I was largely responsible for my own management and time schedule. The support from the company and my supervisor in particular were wonderful."

"Make sure you are sound technically and that you have the ability to show you can be a self-starter."

"Due to health issues stemming from me having cancer in 2004, it was difficult for me to work in hospitals."

"One thing they can improve is the utilization of their resources in traveling to various sites. Sometimes the assignment of sites supported is not in line with geographical areas."

"I did not like the reductions in force from implementation of new ERP systems and effects of down-turn of the economy."
