"The internal tools that were required for the job were undocumented and difficult to use. The developers were not available to explain how to use them. There was very little collaboration."

"I would ask the employees for their suggestions for improvement. Senior employees were hired but never asked to contribute to the establishment of processes. The boss was controlling and insecure. She was threatened by those with more experience in her field and undermined them."

"Concuity was a very young company then and was going through a lot of growing pains. I am not familiar with what changes have occurred, positive or negative since the company was purchased a few years ago."
