What Cruise Line has the Happiest Employees?
Posted January 15, 2013

Ahoy! Have you considered taking your career onto the high seas? We took a dip in our happiness data to figure out which major cruise lines have the happiest employees.

The following rankings are based on employee-submitted company reviews that measure employee satisfaction for a number of factors, such as compensation, coworkers, management and growth opportunities, among others.

To make it on the list, a cruise line had to have at least five reviews submitted over the last two years. We included a pro and a con – a factor that employees ranked high and low, respectively – for each cruise line.
