"Not a bad company, but many changes posed a challenge. Working with various groups both internally and externally was equally challenging. Changes in management over the years added another mix to the soup."

"I worked for Accellent for 4 1/2 years doing everything along the lines of programming, set-ups, machine repair, ordering tooling and anything it took to get the job done to the best of my ability. It also freed up the engineering dept. to focus on the newer products coming in. I loved my job and all the people I worked with. We got new management and everything changed. I was told to train a couple of guys for a couple of weeks and one day they called me in and let me go."

From what I experienced in the company it was apparent that the place is a revolving door of management and employees. I should be giving it a lower rating but I did enjoy the people I worked with."

"This company have a bureaucratic slow processes for everything. It is very strict in attendance and discipline (like in boot camp)."

"I do not like corporate rules, poor employee appreciation, bureaucracy, etc."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Return bonus checks, profit sharing, raises, and other employee appreciation programs, which used to be. Cut down occurrences policies."
