What do you like about working at ABB Construction?
Stable company and good environment. People I work with are extremely friendly.
What don't you like about working at ABB Construction?
Position is located 70 miles from where I live. Additionally, feel that my skill set is starting to stagnate.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Less micro-management. Lsss passive-aggressive leadership. More trust in employees and more time to allot for learning the products.

It has been an overall pleasant experience.

It is a great company to work for. The people that you surround yourself with are of good quality.

What do you like about working at ABB Construction?
Having a solid knowledge of their products. Always taking on new opportunities. Allows me to make myself better.
What don't you like about working at ABB Construction?
The people, some are more challenging to work with than others, they to allow me to make myself better.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Evaluate their employees more closely.
