What do you like about working at ABB Construction?
Good hourly people and the staff that supported me was very good.
What don't you like about working at ABB Construction?
HR was very inconsistant causing problems with the union. Communications need to improve.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Be consistent and communications need to improve from the top.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
The company is a solid company but their is to much individual priorities vs the team being rewarded.
