Too much red tape. Inability to recognize and promote top talent individuals in the firm.
What suggestions do you have for management?
Observe and pay attention to employees. Weed out bad managers that harass and perform unethical activities. Do not promote individuals who degrade others for their betterment.
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
Be VERY careful and consider closely if this is the company you want to work for. Try to analyze the culture before you work here, it can be toxic if it is not the right fit.
