"Honesty and integrity are two of the values they promoted. Managers, directors and above did not fully live the values and expected their direct reports to uphold and live the values. They should lead by example and follow what they set up."

"Management should be evaluated every quarter by peers and their superiors, so they can be given feedback on their performance and what they can do to improve their management skills."
