"Working as a Truck Driver at AAA was a rewarding experience. The company provided me with stable employment and opportunities to travel and explore different locations. The work environment was supportive, and the team was helpful. The compensation was fair, and the company offered good benefits. Overall, I would rate my experience at AAA as a 4 out of 5."
"Good salaries & benefits, awkward adoption of agile, team are not free to drive their own decisions"
"Good place to work with good culture"
"I've work for AAA for two years. It's a very old-fashioned business, trying to move into more modern working approaches, but at this time, while the transition happens, it's a very hard place to be, with a lot of obstacles and unreasonable expectations. My role was modified twice without that being communicated to me until it was time to review my performance. Overall, the bottom lines employees are really good and professional, and great team players."
"AAA is a great company to retire from due to its many avenues to progress!"
"It was a great job. The best i've had so far."
"The culture of this company is great and have decent benefits. Everyone I worked with is amazing. In fact, they treats each other with respect and friendliness."
"Overall AAA is a good company. They are not for profit so I believe the way they handle things are a little different. You get a few holidays off, no they are not paid, and no vacation time paid. You can make a bunch of money there bu also risk the fact of losing it next month or maybe even 8 months down the line. Whenever your insured decides to cancel during their policy effective date. There are good managers, great managers and not so good managers. Just pray you get on the right team. Their trainings was great and they are now improving that as well. Everything is still done pretty old school on the sales side we use a lot of paper and I mean a lot."
"AAA is a great company that has been around over 100 years. There is growth opportunities in various departments and great benefits."
"I worked in Subrogation for a few months as an experienced insurance professional. The workload is heavy and while contributing to a team, you are measured on your individual success. Management is absent unless there is an issue and robotics/analytics is attempting to make the job obsolete. There will always be a human element. Great for people who love to write and embellish the truth!"
