"Be conservative in appearance and responses. This is a 100+ year old company that acts like it."

"I feel I was not challenged enough at the job."

"I would suggest to keep up with the technology and unify multiple systems. The management there still uses practices that come from 1900s. Certain old policies do not match the current job market."
