"I worked for Tesla from 2019 until the end of 2019. Tesla was a true test in innovation and keeping team morale high through constant negative press. Tesla gave me free reign to make improvements as long as they did not cost much and I would take full responsibility. I worked with some of the best managers I've ever had and feel I learned 10+ years of knowledge in just under 3. My only reason for leaving was to be closer to family on the east coast and have a better work/life balance."
