The employee benefits were good except for paid time off. Most of SRA customers are federal agencies and whenever there was a government shut-down, SRA employees had to use vacation time for the duration of the shut-down."

But every year since I've started they have cut benefits, and pay raises have not even been close to the cost of living increases over those years. They claim that the whole industry is under extreme pressure but I just don't feel they are keeping their workforce a priority."
