"Was able to defy the constraints of the being in a dead end job."

"Wait, they are still trying to figure out who they are."

"Little consideration for employees lives at all. The planning and change order process are nonexistent, and teams get run over by client demands."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Trust you employees, they do the work. By eliminating dissenting voices you create a void of mediocrity making quality suffer, and missing major market opportunities."
"I am very open to a new experience and know my Haggin experience was very pleasing."
What do you like about working at SolutionSet?
"I enjoyed every aspect of Haggin Marketing, but I missed living in Southern California where I am from so I moved back."
What don't you like about working at SolutionSet?
"It was a great company with great growth potential and I believe it was growing too fast. I left at a good time because it was a good time to change."

"There is very high turn over there. Its important to ask a lot of questions about the colleagues you would be working with."

"The culture was overly personal and not focus on achieving for the client. There were people who had been there a long time that we disruptive and inhibited constructive problem solving, but were giving a lot of accomadation."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think they need stronger leader ship at the top. With a clear vision of who the agency is, and how to serve their client."
