"The culture was overly personal and not focus on achieving for the client. There were people who had been there a long time that we disruptive and inhibited constructive problem solving, but were giving a lot of accomadation."

"I think they need stronger leader ship at the top. With a clear vision of who the agency is, and how to serve their client."
