"I suggest that the individual should be charismatic, show exuberance to excel when speaking to donors and most importantly be a motivator to others, which is a vital trait for all managers."

What don't you like about working at Rutgers University?

"The lack of benefits and continual decline faced with the recession forced many of us, including managers such as myself, to be laid-off for the summer and re-hired with a lower salary."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Upper management could have improved in several areas by offering better benefits, a better commission rate and incentives for those that the lacked motivation in a competitive and fast-paced telecommunications market."

"The people there. They took a chance with me, even though they did not have very much to offer, and allowed me to prove that I can be an excellent worker for someone. And I also learned allot from the company itself, and built up a few skills. It was a great learning experience."
