"I have worked in other places at the University and they are excellent places to work. The School of Engineering and Technology, though, is a horrible place to work. You will be given responsibilities and then have your hands tied behind your back, questioning whether you really had those responsibilities. The expectation is that you work 90-100 hours per week, and that you live there. You are penalized when you aren't. Violent and threatening behavior is ignored. It is a bad place to work."
