"The culture at Optum, as a whole, is pretty good. They do a good job of engaging their employees and make developing connections easy with plenty of activities. Their compensation and bonus package (even at excellent rating) fell a bit short. Our company was acquired by Optum and then our client were migrated, leaving many in our office out of work, and the others fearing for their jobs."
